Explanation: The buyer’s personal data is managed in line with the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts regulating personal data management.

In managing and protecting personal data, the Bank of Lithuania ensures protection of personal data from incidental or unauthorised destruction, amendment, disclosure and other unauthorised management. 

When data is managed without adhering to the provisions of the Republic of Lithuania Law on Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts regulating personal data management, the buyer will always have the right to, upon submitting a request to the Bank of Lithuania, access their personal data, find out how it is managed, require to correct, discard their data or stop the management of their data (other than storage) altogether. 

The buyer’s personal data will be used for identification purposes, determining the right of the buyer to purchase via the e-shop, item delivery, drafting of accounting documents, refunding items not reclaimed or returned, and meeting other commitments arising from the purchase–sale agreement. 

The personal data of the buyer will be stored for 2 years.

The Bank of Lithuania will not reveal the buyer's personal data to third parties other than third parties that cooperate with the Bank of Lithuania in administering the e-shop, executing payment transactions and delivering items to the buyer.

Explanation: All numismatic items come with a 2-year warranty. When applying for maintenance services, the buyer must present the purchasing documents.

Right of withdrawal from the agreement

1.    You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days without specifying the reason, and to return the numismatic or other items purchased from the electronic shop of the Bank of Lithuania at https://monetos.lb.lt/en/ to the Bank of Lithuania.
2.    The period of withdrawal from the agreement will expire after 14 calendar days from the date:
2.1. when you receive the ordered item;
2.2. when you receive the last item, if you ordered more than one time in one order and the items are delivered separately. 
3.    In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the agreement, you have to inform the Bank of Lithuania of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by submitting a filled in model form for withdrawal from the distance agreement (Annex 2 to the Regulations) by email at [email protected] or at the Bank of Lithuania cash offices: in Vilnius, Žirmūnų g. 151, or in Kaunas, Maironio g. 25.
4.    To comply with the withdrawal period referred to in point 1, informing the Bank of Lithuania according to point 3 of the exercise of your right of withdrawal from this agreement prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period is sufficient.
5.    The Bank of Lithuania will send you an email immediately to confirm that they have received information on your withdrawal from the agreement, if you email to them a filled in model form for withdrawal from the distance agreement at [email protected].
5.    You will have to send the items without delay, and in any event no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of your notification of your decision to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement on numismatic and other items, to the following address: Totorių g. 4, LT-01121 Vilnius, or to provide them at the Bank of Lithuania cash offices: in Vilnius, Žirmūnų g. 151, or Kaunas, Maironio g. 25.
6.     The deadline is complied with if you have sent the items before the expiry of the time limit of 14 calendar days. 
7.     You will pay the costs of return of the items.
8.     If you withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement on numismatic and other items, the Bank will immediately, but in any event no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the items, return the money received from you, including the delivery and insurance costs you paid when purchasing the item.
9.    When returning the items, you shall fulfil the following conditions:
9.1.    the item must be in its tidy original packaging;
9.2.    the item must not be damaged by the buyer and must be in pristine condition (this subparagraph is not applicable if the returned items are of poor quality);
9.3.    the item must be of the same composition as it was received;
9.4.     the item acquisition documents must be provided.
10.    The Bank of Lithuania shall have the right not to accept the returned items where the buyer fails to fulfil the conditions for the return of items laid down in point 10.

Explanation: €2 commemorative  (unc quality) coins of UNC quality are available for purchase on the Bank of Lithuania e-shop.

  Commemorative euro coins with the Lithuanian national side shall only be sold in rolls on the e-shop. The start of the pre-sale of commemorative euro coins with the Lithuanian national side to be issued on the e-shop shall be 5 business days before the date of their release into circulation, from 8:00 Lithuanian time. A single buyer shall be allowed to purchase commemorative euro coins with the Lithuanian national side in the following amounts:

no more than 5 rolls of identical coins once from the start of their pre-sale on the e-shop to the date of their release into circulation, 24:00 Lithuanian time;

no more than 5 rolls of identical coins or between 2.5% and 5% of the total mintage of identical coins once a day from the date of their release into circulation, 24:00 Lithuanian time.
