The Bank of Lithuania will not reveal the buyer's personal data to third parties other than third parties that cooperate with the Bank of Lithuania in administering the e-shop, executing payment transactions and delivering items to the buyer.

Explanation: The buyer (user) has the right to return the item purchased on the e-shop without giving any reason upon withdrawal from the purchase–sale agreement within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the item. The expenses of the return of the item are to be covered by the buyer.
The buyer must notify the Bank of Lithuania of the withdrawal from the purchase–sale agreement by email ([email protected]), indicating the name of the item returned and the order number.
When returning items, the following conditions must be observed:
- the item must be in its tidy original packaging;
- the item must not be damaged by the buyer and in pristine condition (this requirement is not applicable if the item is faulty);
- the item must be in the same composition as it was received;
- when returning an item, its purchasing documents must be presented.
The Bank of Lithuania has the right not to accept the items returned if the buyer does not comply with the return policy.
The buyer must return items to the Bank of Lithuania within 14 calendar days of sending a notification to the Bank of Lithuania of the withdrawal from the purchase–sale agreement.
If an item was returned, the amount paid for it as well as the delivery and insurance fees will be reimbursed. Funds returned are transferred to the buyer’s account from which the payment for the item was made.
Funds will be transferred within 14 calendar days of the receipt of a notification of the withdrawal from the purchase–sale agreement but not prior to the buyer returning the item(s).

One person is only be able to purchase 50 commemorative coins per day. Coins are not delivered by post.
